我本身167/60
肥在肚子屁股和大腿
我一直都很沒有決心= =
又有心臟方面疾病
所以太激烈的我都會不太舒服
慢跑跑3.4圈就不行了
去年冬天買了X-BIKE
速度3 騎一小時
有認真的騎了一個月
雖然體重沒有明顯下降
但大家但到我都說我瘦了
那陣子也超愛運動完
身體散熱那種爽感
我不知道大家有沒有那種感覺><
前幾天買了鄭多燕伸展操
想說他比較溫合
也比較適合較激烈運動前的暖身
我應該要怎麼安排比較好
鄭多燕伸展操.dvd第一代.x-BIKE
原本一個禮拜三天運動
伸展操 x-bike
伸展操 ROBI
伸展操 MAT
各一天
這樣會太操嗎???
請有運動習慣或是有做過這些的各位給點建議吧
