如題
中午吃飯時間很固定
通常吃飽飯後,會從1樓爬到13樓
再回到座位午休一下
已經實行快一個月
今天聽同事說這樣會消化不好
想請問吃飽後可以爬樓梯嗎 ?
或者建議我改到什麼時間爬比較好呢 ?
