重訓 三餐碳水改吃地瓜糙米的疑問 - 健身

小弟體脂22% 想要增肌減脂 聽從版友建議
最近碳水化合物主食 改吃地瓜或糙米 再搭配肉和菜及乳清
有種奇怪的感覺 自從吃糙米地瓜後 就是不太會餓但也沒有很飽的感覺
這是代表血糖比較穩定的情況嗎?
另外想請問 之前看網路有說 重訓之後 可以吃高GI值的食物 讓血糖快速上升
有助於合成肌肉? 這是真的嗎? 那我如果繼續吃低GI值的糙米有差嗎?
