重訓+慢跑 我不想變瘦~ - 健身

為了接下來的籃球盃賽
我這陣子想要每天慢跑(3000~5000)+重訓
但爬文之後發現 慢跑屬於有氧運動
可能會影響肌肉的發展,而且會變瘦~~
我現在身高185 體重71 我覺得太瘦了
我不想在繼續瘦下去 目標是75以上
請問各位,要怎麼安排這兩者同時進行,又同時可以增重呢X?!
