一開始接觸健身房是在家附近的運動中心
都是看旁邊的教學指示卡才會使用
中間當然有偷懶中斷一陣子
先放個對比圖.....

這期間家人一直不鼓勵不贊成我練這麼壯,
可是我覺得自己開心就好,
我只有去運動中心量跟連鎖健身房的inbody共兩次
之後再也沒去量了,因為我覺得鏡子裡才是最真實
的體態~
這三年從一開始硬舉重量從標準槓的20kg
到可以破百還蠻有成就感的

飲食方面沒什麼控制想吃就吃.....
不過沒加班偶爾還是會自己煮一下
