重訓兩年半心得 - 健身

當初會接觸健身是因為結束上一段感情,純粹只是想讓自己找點事做,原本是想做瑜珈因
此去加入全真會籍,前面有送一堂教練課,上了那堂課之後開啟了我的健身之路.....
前面兩年因為覺得教練課很貴所以自己買書上網追了一堆外國本國健身網紅,藉由模仿他
們的動作自己亂做,導致常常受傷...(因為本人資質比較不好)
記得一開始嘗試用30公斤做硬舉就傷到下背,導致一個禮拜都不能運動,這兩年來貼布根
本是我的好夥伴。
直到半年前換了工作到內湖,又在內湖版看到有人推薦的工作室,就決定要去上課,看到
前面有人抱怨教練的文只覺得自己很幸運,第一次買課就遇到很棒的教練!
因為之前傷到下背所以一直對硬舉有陰影,深蹲也是自己用空槓亂蹲,其他器材更不用說
也是在那邊亂推亂拉.
目前已經上完十堂課,硬舉、深蹲也已經進步到60公斤,自己還在持續進步中!
健身後顛覆了我的審美觀,以前覺得瘦才好看,現在反而覺得有肌肉才是王道!值得慶
幸的是 健身已經變成自己的習慣!
