請問假如我排在練胸和背的時候吃高碳,訓練時間是晚上8點左右,那我的高碳應該是在晚上練之前吃,還是晚上練完隔天補高碳呢?哪種吃法對肌肉成長較有幫助,在蛋白質都吃足的情況下呢?
