重訓和有氧 - 健身

小弟剛進入這個板
不過置底和精華區文章
讓我收益良多
我知道重訓跟有氧是交替做
不過礙於經濟因素和家裡住的比較遠
所以我的有氧就是跑步
重訓就是比較簡單的一些阻力訓練
或是伏地挺身跟仰臥起坐不用器具的
所以有個疑問 想請問板上各位
小弟這樣子程度的重訓
還是要跟有氧分開 一天重訓一天有氧
或是我每天晨跑後 晚上接著重訓
然後重訓就做一休一這樣
還有請各位多多指教了
