胸部贅肉 - 健身

目前有做伏地挺身再搭配一些運動
從開始到現在差不多三個禮拜
從一天六十下做到現在一天一百二十下
雖然有感覺胸部有肌肉變的硬硬的
但只有胸大肌有
胸部還是墜墜的
脂肪好像都在靠近乳頭附近
形成有點下垂的樣子
請問有哪些比較有效的方法可以消除?
