吃了2貢丸炒A菜,油度還好;吃了3貢丸魯肉.....etc...
早餐:自煮蛋餅一份,無糖綠茶,低糖豆漿
午餐:公司便當半份(和老婆共吃一份)(原則上都會剩)
晚餐:半碗飯,一碟青菜,肉 原則上夾滿不超過一小碗
其他:(可免填)
日常作息時間:工作9小時,午休1小時,辦公室工作,7:20起床~12:00就寢

2:睡前滾輪40下(跪坐),啞鈴20磅二頭肌訓練(20組),胸大肌(10組) 持續半年 每天

各位好,從小到大就不是個瘦的人
最瘦應該是18歲時,66公斤
後來大概都是72~75公斤
前幾年因為失戀 常常喝啤酒更胖到90公斤
後來3年前為了迎接新戀情 就上健身房飛輪課程 不吃晚餐
4個月大概瘦12公斤
現在30歲了 吃得比以前少 動的也差不多
每天也固定上兩次廁所量都滿多的(>///)<
但卻更難瘦 現在刻意減卻一公斤也沒瘦 T_T
