重訓完不吃東西 - 減肥

因為常常都是晚上吃完晚餐ㄧ兩個小時之後開始重訓,
如果重訓完要吃東西的話就等於要多吃ㄧ餐,
在同時想要減肥加上增肌肉的情況到底要不要吃東西呢?
我跟我朋友都覺得肌肉應該不會縮小,只是會酸久一點,有人要比較瞭解可以幫我解答嗎
?
註:平常不會吃比較少飲食都算正常只是不想多ㄧ餐宵夜
