這幾天開始增加重訓之後
發現我對重訓的認知好薄弱啊!
雖然有爬精華區還是怕自己亂做
動作方面有爬文了
主要是想問強度方面是要維持每天可以做的組數
還是如果每天可做其實是代表強度不足啊?
我目前是以12~15下為一組
每個動作大概三組
基本上是每天都可以做到
但會不會因為強度不足也是不會長肉...?
請大家給我建議,感恩!
