小弟新手有點疑問
大多都是晚上重訓
如果重訓前吃個兩片吐司或一根香蕉
結束後吃饅頭加兩顆蛋與一杯中杯豆漿
這樣的補充夠嗎?
目前沒有減肥的困擾
想要增強在球場上的表現而重訓的
請各位幫小弟解惑了謝謝
