重訓會瘦嗎? - 健身

我兩個月 有氧運動 慢跑 一周運動4-5次 每次45-60分
飲食都控制 無油 低澱粉 幾乎都是吃 地瓜稀飯+清蒸魚肉 水煮青菜
但是.....兩個月過了 體重依然不變
由於之前 腳翻船 改成重訓
飲食都差不多 重訓 也都是看到哪個沒人用 就去做 (肌耐力 非肌肥大)
結果連續兩週 每週 都降1KG左右 @ @ 這兩週天天喝低脂牛奶 應該不是瘦到肌肉吧
