從去年年底正式開始有計畫性運動到現在也快半年
想藉著這個話題說說我開始重訓身旁的人的轉變
剛出社會的我在工作不到半年體重直直上升
褲子變得很緊繃甚至穿不下這時我加入了健身房自己亂練一通
當然也有教練預約說要幫你評估身體組成還有體能狀況之類的
那時教練幫我量inbody看到單子時我嚇死了
我的體脂肪來到了3X% 當時我並沒有買教練課依舊自己亂練
也這樣渾渾噩噩的維持那樣的身材不上不下
後來因緣際會我開始對壺鈴有興趣
隔壁版也有人在徵上小團體課我就這樣踏入有教練帶著練的路
從硬舉12kg開始到現在用槓鈴45kg
swing 8kg (有點忘記一開始用的重量)到現在可以甩20kg
跟很多人比起來不算什麼
但對我而言我很滿足我的進步
我還記得我有天帶著8kg 12kg 16kg回家時
我爸媽驚訝的表情
每次我再把玩它們總免不了聽到不要受傷了
或擔心我越練越壯 覺得女孩子練那麼壯幹嘛
我只能不斷找影片找照片
甚至看到八九十歲老奶奶重訓的新聞也拿給他們看
想讓他們安心也順便推廣一下重訓的好處
像是可以防骨質疏鬆之類的...
這半年我漸漸穿的下之前的褲子
肚子也消了屁屁變超軟Q
我媽開始希望我教她一起練壺鈴
當然我每次聊天時聊到重訓 身旁女性友人們看到我手上厚繭
或現在脂肪肌肉並存的手臂 都會露出害怕遲疑的表情
我都會笑笑跟他們說
我想用自己的身體證明 - 運動重訓是很棒的事情
