想藉這串請教個問題
有在重訓的鄉親,在開始重訓後食量是不是會增加阿?
我現在超容易餓的 (我長期習慣一日二餐,現在兩餐中間很容易餓)
我是知道重訓的話同時需要好好的補充碳水化合物以及蛋白質和少量的脂肪.
可是這量怎麼抓我就挺傷腦筋的.
因為這種飢餓感過往都沒在運動很少體會到,
我現在是常會量體重 (健身房剛好有體重計可以天天去踩一下看看)
然後慢慢增加飲食的份量.
就我找的資料以及聽教練所述,由於肌肉本身會加速熱量燃燒
簡單說就是
增加肌肉 = 增加基礎代謝率 = 加速熱量燃燒
然而肌肉在熱量的消耗上會比脂肪還快,所以重訓同時也得好好幫肌肉補充營養
也就是少糖 少鹽 少油,然後需足量的碳水化合物+蛋白質
不知道大家開始重訓時會怎麼抓食量呢?
