不管太極有沒有用
但是肌肉多等於健康嗎?
我看滿多老人很瘦但也很硬朗
活得也蠻久的
走的時候也是自然走沒什麼病痛
肌肉多比較直接的關係是保護關節吧
但要直接跟健康畫上等號不盡然吧
不然健身風氣起來之前那些人瑞怎麼來的
個人覺得健康還是跟飲食關係最大吧
不能因為自己喜歡健身就把肌肉神話
