重訓練到沒力 但卻不會累? (新手發問) - 健身

大家好!
我是健身房新手 :)
身材 175cm /52 kg
事情是這樣的
現在是健身開始的第二天
照著精華區裡的新手教學,開始訓練肌耐力!
但我卻遇到一個問題
當動作做到第三組 10~15下的時候,
常會出現沒力的情形,
但結束後,卻不會覺得累或著酸痛。
不會累不會酸痛是否代表有地方出問題,
還是這是正常的呢?
