重訓與有氧間隔時間的問題? - 健身

已爬文,但無法確定正確的說法
小弟目前的狀況是減脂與增肌同時進行
一天跑操場一天重訓,每次跑一個小時左右
爬過一些文了解有氧和重訓分在不同天做比較好
但還是有些疑問沒有解答
1.假設我早上7點跑一小時,下午3點再跑一小時
休息後晚上7點做重訓,這樣兩者之間的效果會相衝突嗎?
2.我知道有氧要連續30分鐘才有效果,但假設我跑四圈慢走或快走一圈
但從頭到尾超過超過三十分鐘,這樣會沒達到減脂的效果嗎?
