重訓該不該選部位練? - 健身

小的 164/58-60 體脂28(之前測的)
最近開始有在運動 約一週三次 每次1-3小時(要看是什麼運動)
昨天上了健身房 (以後也都會去)
依循以前大學學姐教的重訓流程跟方法去練
基本上是每個機器都做10下 休息一下之後再繼續下一個循環
重訓結束之後
划步機30分+腳踏車30分+跑步機30分
中間都是喝口水又繼續 沒有停
當下是覺得還可以繼續操 可是中午該回家了~"~
結果隔天起來 小腿酸痛 是後面喔 我也不知道是什麼肌...
所以想請問大家 既然有氧都在動腳
那重訓可以不要練腳嘛? 尤其是小腿@@
雖然說女生很難長肌肉 可是還是會怕怕 囧
拜託各位大大指教
