重訓跟有氧間的補給 - 健身

請問就是我重訓後有在吃乳清蛋白,
如果我重訓後還要再做有氧,
那我吃乳清的時間點是在重訓完,
還是等有氧一起做完在喝,
因為乳清要在重訓完半小時內喝,
如果重訓完又要有氧怕時間會超過半小時,
所以有點不知道如何是好?請有經驗的網友告知一下,謝謝!!
