胸肌訓練 - 健身

小弟我是個學生,
都會到學校的健身房重訓,
前前後後加起來也兩三年了,
練的小有心得,
但是直前寒假的關係荒廢了一個月,
開學後去重訓當然荒廢的一個月,
當然能舉的重量一定會下降,
之後很勤的重訓,
一周去三~四次,每次大約都兩小時左右,
但是到現再開學也快一個多月了,
我的胸肌還是無法回到以前那樣的強度,
躺舉重量比之前少了十公斤,
有點苦惱,
但是其他的地方的肌肉,
像是三頭 肩膀 上背肌都有比之前進步,
唯讀胸肌停滯不前,
請各位指導小弟!
