各位好,不好意思來打擾了
我想請問一下幾個有關重量方面的選擇
1.我目前不太清楚是要做到正在舉的時候會抖還是完全舉不起來的程度呢?
2.我在臥舉的時候常常都是做到三頭先沒力,請問這樣是因為重量過重所以才用到其他部
位的力量還是姿勢不正確呢?
3.我目前的訓練方式是週一到週五為胸背腿肩手,所以假如今天是星期一的話就動作都做
胸,那假如臥舉完後,到其他練胸器材前應該要多久的休息呢?是和組間休息的時間一樣
嗎?
