因為之前減肥觀念錯誤 採取了不吃澱粉減肥法
早上只喝豆漿 or低脂牛奶 偶爾加一顆茶葉或水煮蛋白
午晚餐都只吃燙青菜
飲料要喝的話也都是無糖
照這個模式已經實行了兩個月又一周了
減到第二個月時 有比較努力去運動 慢跑 騎x-bike 快走
就慢慢增加運動量到現在至少一個禮拜運動四天 一次至少40min
可是到後期 我覺得身體變差 也有點越來越忍不住食慾
昨天第一次出現暴食的情況之後 發現不能再這樣下去
開始來板上爬文後 知道自己採取了很差的減肥方法
想要走回正途 可是不知道該怎麼走回頭路比較好
尤其是飲食這方面 不知道該怎麼回復 很怕一回復 復胖速度會很誇張
想要請問如果我吃到基代 再配合運動的話 還是會無法預防復胖嗎?
我下一個目標想要fitness
