長期只吃兩餐? - 健身

感謝版上許多人分享,三個月來靠均衡飲食+運動不知不覺也瘦了6公斤,不過有個問題一
直困擾我,因為工作的關系,作息跟一般人不太一樣,所以我每天都只吃2餐,真的是有
點擔心啊!
早上11:00起來,到公司11點多,公司12點午餐時間,這時候我會吃第一餐
第二餐比較不固定,看工作狀況大約晚上6~9點會開始吃
下班時間大約11,12點,回家運動洗澡3點睡覺(今天例外...哈哈)
下午有時會吃小點心,但不多,我每天都吃超過基代200卡左右,也就是我一餐會吃非常
之多,完全違背少量多餐的法則!!可是也不知道能在哪個時間點安插一餐
想問問大家如果有運動,作息還算固定,有吃到基代,但每天只吃兩餐,也會很傷身or變
易復胖體質嗎?
