我是否已經詳讀置底文及精華區中的版規:是
我有朋友大約170/70 體脂好像25%上下
就稍微肉?
不清楚基代,但推測大概1600上下吧
聽他說他都很少吃到2000,甚至不到1500
可是他運動量還算大,三天兩頭約打球
打的是羽球,戰力差不多是校隊級的激烈程度
打很久也幾乎不曾聽他喊累,體力還不錯?
((我體脂略低於他,乖乖吃超過基代,體力還輸人= =
想請問之前爬文,主要說如果長期吃剛好或是少於基代
會影響身體機能,更別說運動表現會扣分到
但怎麼我朋友例子好像沒什麼...影響?
我想不到一個合理的解釋 囧
