但視覺效果看起來算瘦
腿力很夠 心肺佳 打球爆發力算大學生前端20%的

但上半身肌力弱
引體向上 極限 " 一下 "
器材重量 50磅 覺得OK 60磅 有點重
想練成手臂肌肉看得出來 上半身顯壯
