長期跑步體重和體脂卻不變 - 美體

我身高166 體重67 體脂約32左右〈這讓我到小新的媽〉
我本身還蠻愛運動的,一周至少會去慢跑3次,一次跑大概4000公尺,
花約28~30分鐘,這樣的運動也持續了1年以上了。
每天的飲食也正常吃,例如:早餐 饅頭夾蛋 中餐和晚餐就和室友共吃一個便當。
偶爾聚會或是星期六日回家會吃比較好之外,一般星期一~五都大概是這樣吃。
但是我的體重就和體脂肪每次量幾乎都差不多,一年下來並沒什麼改變。
尤其這個月每天都去跑,也是一樣,體重就好像已經停滯了,
腰圍、臀圍也都沒什什麼改變。
每次看到有人分享跑步會受腰和屁股,但我都沒什麼感覺,買褲子的尺寸還是一樣。
想問說要整樣才能改善現在的停滯期,讓整體線條更好,穿衣服更好看?
