長肌肉對柔軟度的影響 - 健身

感覺上, 常常運動健身的人, 柔軟度一定會比不運動的人好,
但是, 聽到朋友說, 他比起健身以前, 現在的手碰不太到背中間,
雙手繞到背後也勾不太到,
是因為他肩膀練得比較寬, 被中間的肌肉擋住的原因嗎?
肌肉練起來不是會讓筋骨比較有彈性? 能延展的開來, 並承受比較大的力量?
出於好奇, 想問問健身前輩們, 長肌肉與身體的柔軟度, 有甚麼樣明顯的影響或關聯嗎?
還是說, 練肌肉跟練柔軟度(有特別練柔軟度? 還是說熱身就是其中一種)是兩碼子事?
