終於熬完第一個月進入Recovery week啦!!
昨天第一次做Core Cardio & Balance這片,
對於可以繼續5天做這個感到太開心了~ >///<
但一面又對接下來要進入的MAX感到有點心驚膽戰@@"
噢...然後雖然每次做完都有種過任務的感覺,
但有點鬱悶的是...
我完全沒有感受到身型的變化....(=_=)
體力上在做的過程中可以明顯感受到進步,
但體態嘛...嗚(掩面)...究竟是我太遲鈍還是真的沒變 T-T
這週過完再PO一下1~5週的對照圖請大家幫我評斷一下好了
想請問一下做到MAX的板友們,
體態開始改變是從第二個月開始才比較明顯嗎?
還是第一個月結束就有顯著的效果?
目前飲食情況應該算不忌口, 跟開始這計畫之前一樣,
跟著做的完整度嘛...
第二個禮拜後都會逼自己跟完, 但比較銷魂的動作就會頻率降低,
哎...
如果60天後還是這樣真的會很想毆打人呢...
喔對QQ 然後仔細看了一下他的表, 只有排54天(不算禮拜日),
這其中是不是有甚麼誤會?
