長高的方式 - 健身

小弟今年19
大概170 體重67
去檢查過醫生說還會繼續長
想請教板上各位大大要從事什麼運動
才會促使繼續長高
目前小弟有在健身房運動
不過裡面沒辦法從事藍球 游泳 單槓
這些一般常見比較容易幫助長高的運動
目前有在使用健身房內的器材是 跑步機 腳踏車
仰臥起坐 三頭肌訓練器(坐著往前推)
先前有一次踩完腳踏車以後去量竟然倒縮0.4
真是嚇死我了 是不是鍛鍊腳的肌肉反而會倒縮啊?
請教各位大大就健身房裡面能使用的器材
有什麼可以幫助增加身高的?
