今天中午
想說買青菜自己回家水煮來吃
於是買了兩大把綠色花椰菜(不知道重量 可是吃完超飽的)
燙熟之後加醬油膏調味
然後又去自助餐店買了10元白飯+兩道青菜(青椒、菠菜)
再加一道青豆鯖魚罐頭(一整個罐頭約260卡)
這些全部都吃光光 吃到最後白飯吃不下了大約還剩1/4
我的媽阿超飽的~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
飽到受不了!!!
我想是因為我一次把兩大把花椰菜吃完的關係 =口=
這樣吃應該熱量不會很高吧?!
可是又很飽欸~~
又感覺攝取好多營養
希望不是我自我感覺良好 囧>
