健身了好一陣子(約半年了)
從177/77/24%到177/70/18%
目標是練出明顯的腹肌
(我覺得目前這樣子的身高體重比有點輕,但體脂還高..)
吃了好一陣子的清淡飲食後
最近開始嘴很饞想吃美食
但只要吃比較飽或吃了一些精製食品(如蛋糕/布丁)
就會覺得自己好像又變胖了/今天練的都白練了 之類的罪惡感...
看來美食誘惑果然還是最大的敵人 = =+
今天又忍不住吃了一個布丁跟一個小蛋糕 (懺悔中)
