我自己家裡本來就有高血壓跟高血糖的遺傳病史,之前其實控制得還不錯,
有報健身房會員每週固定報到3天,後來因為疫情WFM又不能去健身房,
作息變得很糟糕….在家整個完全沒動力,每天不是叫外送就是叫飲料
又都坐著沒動,頂多洗澡前做50下深蹲結束。
結果要回公司上班前量一下體重竟然短短一個月重了快4公斤,
後來看朋友不斷在臉書分享在家自主運動的影片 燃起我的決心,
聽她推薦開始使用 ”是方i健康”app飲食紀錄來監控自己的飲食,
這個APP比較厲害的點,是還有分析功能可以監測三高風險。

但目前有遇到的問題是減醣真的太困難了
尤其是像麵包或是麵食這類超愛吃的精緻澱粉
所以目前是克制自己在早餐或午餐吃 但減量
晚餐就實施徹底戒醣
這邊是某日的飲食紀錄 飲水量也是按照狀況直接紀錄
目前是都會稍微吃低於自己的基代一點
請問大家覺得這樣OK嗎
Ps :因為晚起,早餐沒有習慣吃,這樣是可以的嗎
