開始運動後體重反而不減? - 美體

原PO從上高中52kg一直到畢業胖到65kg(驚)
整個就是太嚇人,我自己也被嚇屎了
後來又有決心開始減肥,但實行的是原PO之前從70kg瘦到52kg的方法(大驚)
70kg很嚇人吧,只是我真的很疑惑
因為減肥就是要運動啊!!!!! 少吃是沒有滴
可當初我實在也沒什麼在運動耶,頂多每天會扭腰畫八(看電視)
吃的方面算正常再少一些,該吃的都有吃,但不吃宵夜QQ
然後每天喝固定的水量,固定的WC,固定的作息
就這樣三個月瘦了18kg
而且掉的速度滿快的,但原PO非常健康
但後來原PO高中就開始肆無忌憚的晚餐吃兩餐(驚)
回家還會偷買零食(慘)
打工又剛好是手搖店一整個肥屎啊!
高三快畢業時是60~59KG徘徊
後來實行之前的減肥方式現在已經到55KG
但我覺得瘦太慢了於是開始跳很火紅的鄭多燕,我跳第一片第四個禮拜了
然後現在我的三餐非常不穩,時常只有吃一餐 ex: 燙青菜+幾塊肉+一點澱粉
(我沒有偷吃宵夜T_T)
當然水量很不足,WC也非常不固定,作息更是
但重點來了,到現在第四個禮拜了,我的體重還是55~56徘徊(?)
想請問大家我現在這樣不會瘦的原因是出在沒有正常吃飯/WC/喝水/睡覺嗎?
而且是不是大瘦以後復胖更難減啊Q_Q
