確實科學研究發現,從事CrossFit的人,
受傷機率較傳統重訓的人高,
但那是因為從事CrossFit的人,常常運動強度做太高,
而不是由於CrossFit本身比較危險。

但後來發現,對方一退伍就去開計程車了,
連基本英文閱讀能力都沒有,
然後也缺乏學習能力,死命堅持自己的「想當然耳」,
反正就是所有科學研究都是錯的,
只有我想的才是對的。
健身果然不是只有鍛鍊身體啊,
腦袋也是很重要的......
就算不懂,起碼要抱著開放的心態去學習啊。
