間歇性斷食的時間安排 - 健身

最近考慮嘗試16-8間歇性斷食
之前日常作息如下:
08:00起床
10:00上班+早餐
14:00午餐
19:00下班
19:30晚餐
20:00熱身+重訓+伸展
22:00喝乳清
改成間歇性斷食的話
進食時間應該會設定在14:00-22:00之間
但又擔心上午空腹太久會沒精神
這樣各位會傾向14:00-22:00的斷食時間
還是改成12:00-20:00
乳清提前到運動前喝呢?
可是重訓完補充蛋白質好像也蠻重要的QQ
