交叉訓練機適合沒運動習慣的人使用嗎? - 健身

一直以來都沒有運動習慣,也知道這樣很不健康
去年終於下定決心要開始,買了一台跑步機。
堅持每週跑三天或四天,每次30分鐘,跑完也都繼續快走10分鐘。
運動的時候一定配著連續劇才堅持了九個月,後來因為搬家所以把跑步機賣了才停止。
後來忙搬家的事就怠惰了半年,覺得實在不行就跑去住家附近的健身房參加一個月無限課的方案,因為有付錢所以也是有堅持每週三堂課,每堂課五十分鐘。
但由於健身房是比較走重訓走向,我又是極度弱的新手,所以一個月後我又怠惰了:(就拖到現在了。
最近又覺得實在不行要運動了,所以又興起了想買交叉訓練機回家的念頭。這樣可以邊看連續劇邊做時間可以過快一點。
想買不要太大台的,真的很怕自己又是三分鐘熱度,想請問買如圖片中的這種好用嗎?https://i.imgur.com/04nA3Sw.jpg
想選這種可以站或坐的機器,但爬文發現大家都是推BH或喬山的機器,但那種一台要好幾萬。
一方面是不確定自己可以堅持多久,另一方面也是不知道這種便宜的跟貴的差別有很大嗎?會不推薦新手買這種便宜的嗎?
