最近想練一下大腿
看到兩個影片

目前正在做的 隔天非常痠 腳舉不起來

剛剛才看到的 還沒做過
感覺起來1比較累 效果比較好?
所以初階可以先做2
過陣子再做1嗎
還是沒差 選自己覺得做的下去的就好?
有沒有其他更好影片可以推薦?
