間歇性斷食與運動時間衝突 - 健身

版上各位好,
最近開始試行168斷食,
通常設定進食時間為11~19點,
以前沒斷食的話運動完會喝無糖豆漿之類的
但現在有時晚上運動時間較不固定(跟朋友一起)
結束時間可能超過21點,
如果這種狀況大家還會補充食物嗎?還是繼續堅持斷食呢?
