做了鄭大媽兩個多月了 覺得進展有點緩慢
有看到版友的推文說 可以試試看 Turbo Fire
於是就到某拍賣網站尋找 並詢問
發現Turbo Fire 好像是適合女生做的
不知道男生做turbo fire 適不適合
因為我有詢問過賣家 賣家推薦 另外一款 肌肉沙灘系列的健身系統

小弟的問題是 如果只做女生的 turbo fire 運動量會不夠嗎?
是否要做賣家推薦的那款?
