體力與脂肪的問題 - 健身

在運動的時候會依照運動,時間,比例,燃燒肝醣和脂肪
我以前跑步1K就覺得很累,現在可以跑10K才有以前跑1K的感覺
這算是身體肌肉耐力增加和,我的體力的增加(這是肝醣的增加嗎)可以快速提供我需要的
能量嗎?
