想請教有關我的新菜單(早餐)熱量 - 健身

如標題~
我之前(4月)有在板上po文請版友們.版娘幫我看看菜單
版娘有說我吃了許多"看不見"的油脂
因此我早餐最近都改成"自製"(前提是有時間+起得來= =)
早餐:
1.costco 藍莓bagel + 芝司樂低脂起士片
(因為單吃bagel太不均衡 但又覺得加蛋好怪= = 鹹配甜!? 只好加起士 雖然也怪...)
2.costco 蜂蜜全麥bagel + 低脂起士片 + 煎蛋 + 鮪魚罐頭2匙
3.烤全麥吐司2片+ 低脂起士片+ 煎蛋 + 鮪魚罐頭2匙 (偶爾+少許切片薄蘋果.小黃瓜)
以上3種輪替~
飲料還是不變:
1.一杯低脂奶粉泡的
2.西雅圖拿鐵沖泡包+一匙奶粉

雖然說我早餐大變動了 但是仍然無法戒掉起士癮......
而且困擾又出現了 雖然"油量"比起以前減低許多 但熱量好像又變更高了阿~~~~~
1.那...我這樣的早餐可以嗎? 如果我只單吃bagel會不會太不均衡?
2.最近瘋狂愛上costco的燻鮭魚捲 我剛剛就吃了3塊... 煩請版友告訴我它的熱量(緊張)
(最近假日我的作息太不正常了...又是棒球又是NBA...所以都睡到中午...
變成假日一天只吃兩餐......很對不起自己......)
