在講心得文前,先報個人資料(4/30時測量)
身高:172
體重:62
年齡:28
體脂:23.7%
X-BIKE購入日:去年4月
人生中身材最為『正常』的一段時光是當兵,雖然沒有什麼肌,至少(自認)肥油不多
當時還曾在康是美量過體脂,大概14左右
這次在5/1勞動節重新啟用,是因為今年4月下旬,某天拿一件喜愛的短褲穿
發現竟然無法扣扣子,頓時猶如五雷轟頂,只能怒罵自己:『你到底在幹什麼』
PS:噗,十分鐘後,跑去附近的"我愛炸G排"買了一堆高熱量食物
(PS這段話大誤!!!!!)
由於公司離家極近,車程只需5分鐘,因此我每天早上都有時間可以起床騎車
原本都是很習慣性騎40分鐘,但某日翻閱<<打造3D健美肌>>這本書
發現自己屬於小寫B型的身材(也就是四肢瘦,但肚子有肥油,像ET)
書內也提及,與其設定自己騎車的時間,倒不如每天騎20-30KM
因此也就改變騎車習慣,到今天為止,一小時可以騎25KM左右
(阻力鈕從一開始裝起來就是調到8)
所以覺得心肺力是有增進的情形,而且也感覺到腹部似乎也從N個月大變成小油圈
當然是希望持續下去的話,能讓腹部變得平坦,進而再去鍛練腹肌
(雖然也沒啥原因,只覺得人生一回,如果能在自個身上看到N塊肌也大心)
不然也曾被姐姐虧:虧你當兵後,都已經曬得像小麥般的膚色
沒個腹肌,很鳥咧你
今日測量
體重沒啥變化,61.2
但體脂已經到18.9%
反正每天早上邊騎邊看影片,騎完沖個涼吃早餐,開開心心去上班
這樣的生活模式也規律多了,加油,如果家中也有X-BIKE的人,別放棄它
