購入x-bike 07已經兩個多月
很努力的強迫自己一天至少要踩半個小時
其時邊看電視很快就過了
阻力一開始是調3,等到踩累了再調到2
不過有個問題
如果踩的力氣出在大腿,是會瘦大腿的意思嗎?
那如果踩的力氣放在小腿的話小腿是不是會更結實
其實我的小腿是帶點肌肉的蘿蔔
那踩的力氣出在小腿+睡前抬腿.按摩會讓蘿蔔小一點嗎?
乖乖每天踩,我真的覺得大腿變緊實了!!
那持續踩下去的話,屁股和屁股下方的肉肉會不會跟著瘦下來?
因為這兩個地方好難瘦阿!!!
