關於三角肌 - 健身

因為之前沒有特別花時間再練三角肌上
不過最近想加強三角肌的訓練
就去鐵克網看訓練的方法
昨天在健身房做了: 槓鈴胸前推舉 立姿側平舉 立正划船
每一項差不多3~5組 一組10下
本來想說今天起床應該三角肌那邊會感覺酸痛
但沒想到酸痛的地方都在斜方肌上
雖然那些動作可能會牽動到斜方肌
但應該要酸痛的三角肌竟然完全沒感覺
請問這樣的原因是姿勢不正確還是出力的方式不對呢?
真的困擾了我一天...囧
