關於三頭 - 健身

其實問題也不知道算不算三頭= =
小弟是一名新手
目前只練了三個月(在家兩個月 重訓室一個月)
之前三頭都沒有真正練過 只靠其他動作順便帶到
今天首度拿了啞鈴練三頭
但是手肘接三頭那邊的筋會有點抽痛(還是韌帶?!)
情況只有左手會有 右手並沒有這感覺
所以做了幾下就放下來 之後握推做的感覺都不太舒服
不知是首度練三頭 重量太大不適應 肌肉群不夠強?
還是
熱身根本不夠?
如果是熱身問題
想問問那邊的筋要怎麼熱身到?
有請大大們解惑<_O_>
