剛剛吃午餐看到平常在追的YT健助師小珂更新了新片
叫大家別做上斜臥推

原因不外乎是傷肩,肩膀易代償,上胸刺激度沒想像中高等等原因
也呼籲大家上胸可多用繩索練,真想上斜臥推用啞鈴也優於槓鈴
不過我比較在乎的是這張影片中舉例的研究結果圖表

在45度角時,對上胸的刺激不但遠遠不如30度,甚至還不如平板臥推
甚至是刺激度最高的30度角,跟平板比較起來對上胸的刺激也沒有大到哪邊去
更別說平板重量都會比上斜大,機械張力大,一來一往應可彌補那一點點刺激度差異
