各位前輩好
最近練了一個月多
在練了時候,總是都有練到15下/組,共4組,且都有練到力竭(感覺手在抖下一下舉不起
來了)
但是不知道為什麼我流的汗總是沒有很多

這則影片裡寫的主角描述到每次都練到一堆汗
那這樣是否我的強度不夠?
因為之前查過文章所是比較建議新手先從肌耐力下手
所以才會做到15下/組
還是我應該要加大重量然後減少每組需要的次數呢?
