關於內臟脂肪 - 美體

有爬過文 另一個版也爬過文了
今天去康是美量 我的內臟脂肪是 17.....!!!!!!!!!!
腿都涼了我=.=
以往的飲食習慣是 鹹!!!重口味!!!精緻食品!!
作息習慣是2.3點才睡!!
爬文的結果是 飲食跟作息都大大的影響到內臟脂肪
從月初開始 我調整作息 11點睡 6點起 每天游泳 晚上室內腳踏車
飲食的話 大部分都是用蒸的 菜 魚肉 或是雞腿肉 白飯這樣 算很正常吃
但今天看到指數 真的有嚇到
想請問的是 除了飲食跟作息 有沒有其他附加的
比如說保健品或是更有效的飲食跟運動?
